淺談中低壓電纜檢測儀與傳統的電纜故障測試儀

一、電纜(lan)故(gu)障粗測(ce)方(fang)法及發展歷史:

 

自從有(you)了地埋電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜以后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)檢測(ce)(ce)工(gong)作就成(cheng)了必須解決的(de)(de)問(wen)題。初的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)粗測(ce)(ce)工(gong)作,是用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)原(yuan)理進行,當時(shi)曾用(yong)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)、低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)、高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)。用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)原(yuan)理測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)距離,曾是上(shang)(shang)世(shi)紀六(liu)七十(shi)年(nian)代(dai)普(pu)遍采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)方法。到(dao)了上(shang)(shang)世(shi)紀七八十(shi)年(nian)代(dai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)普(pu)遍采(cai)用(yong)了閃測(ce)(ce)法測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi),原(yuan)理為脈(mo)沖(chong)反射法。所用(yong)的(de)(de)儀(yi)器有(you)示波(bo)管(guan)型閃測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)、存(cun)貯示波(bo)管(guan)型閃測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)等(deng)等(deng)。到(dao)了上(shang)(shang)世(shi)紀九(jiu)十(shi)年(nian)代(dai)以后,隨著計算機技(ji)術的(de)(de)普(pu)遍應用(yong),智能型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)閃測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)開始投(tou)入使用(yong),采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)原(yuan)理依(yi)舊是脈(mo)沖(chong)反射法。采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)閃測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)從顯(xian)像管(guan)顯(xian)示到(dao)液晶顯(xian)示,普(pu)遍應用(yong)單片機進行控制,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)粗測(ce)(ce)工(gong)作進入到(dao)一個新(xin)境界。

 

二、電纜(lan)故(gu)障(zhang)的定點方法介(jie)紹(shao)。

 

電(dian)纜故(gu)障(zhang)粗測方法(fa)有電(dian)橋法(fa)和脈(mo)沖反射法(fa)兩種,電(dian)纜故(gu)障(zhang)定點(dian)方法(fa)有以下幾(ji)種:

 

1、聲(sheng)(sheng)測法:采用(yong)聲(sheng)(sheng)測法定(ding)(ding)點,是(shi)從過去(qu)到現在普(pu)遍(bian)采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)纜故障定(ding)(ding)點的(de)(de)方(fang)法。而且是(shi)為(wei)行之有效的(de)(de)方(fang)法。只不過采用(yong)的(de)(de)儀(yi)器從過去(qu)簡(jian)單的(de)(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)放(fang)大器,發展到了現在普(pu)遍(bian)使用(yong)的(de)(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)磁同(tong)步定(ding)(ding)點儀(yi)。聲(sheng)(sheng)測法定(ding)(ding)點對高壓電(dian)(dian)纜、低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)纜、直埋電(dian)(dian)纜、電(dian)(dian)纜溝電(dian)(dian)纜等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)均適用(yong)。

 

2、跨步(bu)電(dian)(dian)壓法(fa):采(cai)用跨步(bu)電(dian)(dian)壓法(fa)定點(dian),主(zhu)要針對(dui)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)外護套絕緣有要求的(de)外護套接地故障定點(dian),現在對(dui)部分(fen)直埋(mai)的(de)無鎧裝的(de)低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)、電(dian)(dian)線接地故障、也可以采(cai)用跨步(bu)電(dian)(dian)壓法(fa)定點(dian)。

 

3、電磁(ci)法及音(yin)頻法:用(yong)電磁(ci)波定(ding)(ding)點或采用(yong)音(yin)頻法定(ding)(ding)點,從(cong)原理上講是可行的(de)。但從(cong)目前情況(kuang)看,還沒有性能可靠的(de),能實際應(ying)用(yong)的(de)定(ding)(ding)點儀。或者說,采用(yong)電磁(ci)波定(ding)(ding)點的(de)定(ding)(ding)點儀仍舊在(zai)各科研機構研發之中(zhong)(zhong),還需實踐中(zhong)(zhong)進一步驗證提高(gao),達(da)到實際應(ying)用(yong)水平。

 

三、電纜路(lu)徑(jing)探測(ce)方(fang)法介紹:

 

采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁波(bo)(bo)進行路(lu)徑探(tan)(tan)測(ce),是一種很(hen)成熟的方法,實際(ji)應用(yong)效果也很(hen)好。區別在(zai)于(yu)探(tan)(tan)測(ce)的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)長度(du)、探(tan)(tan)測(ce)深(shen)度(du),信號頻率(lv)等各不相同。現在(zai)流行的路(lu)徑儀,探(tan)(tan)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)長度(du)大于(yu)10KM,探(tan)(tan)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)深(shen)度(du)大于(yu)2m,電(dian)(dian)磁波(bo)(bo)頻率(lv)10KHZ-20KHZ。

 

四、中低(di)壓電(dian)纜檢測儀(電(dian)橋測試儀)介紹:

 

現在市(shi)場上流通的中低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)纜檢測儀(yi)(yi),大(da)部分是完成電(dian)纜故障(zhang)粗測功(gong)能。其原(yuan)理(li)一般(ban)是采用電(dian)橋法,只不過是現在已經采用了計算機(ji)技術,采用的是智能電(dian)橋。有低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)橋、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)橋等(deng)等(deng)。有些(xie)儀(yi)(yi)器還采用了超高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)數字(zi)電(dian)橋原(yuan)理(li)。給故障(zhang)點加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)一般(ban)為200V以上,高(gao)可以加到20KV。對于故障(zhang)電(dian)阻較(jiao)低(di)的(電(dian)阻小于600MΩ)電(dian)纜故障(zhang)。用中低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)纜檢測儀(yi)(yi)可以粗測故障(zhang)距(ju)離(li)。

 

應用范(fan)圍:適(shi)用于故障電(dian)阻值(zhi)不高的(de)泄(xie)漏性故障測(ce)試。一般用于6000V以下(xia)等級(ji)的(de)電(dian)纜(lan)故障測(ce)試<故障距離粗測(ce)>。

 

優點(dian)(dian):對于(yu)適應(ying)測(ce)試的電(dian)纜(lan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),其使用簡單,對使用人員的技術(shu)要求(qiu)不高。即“傻瓜”式測(ce)試。另外(wai),對于(yu)有些故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian),如有些電(dian)纜(lan)接頭故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),由(you)(you)于(yu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)爬電(dian)距離長(chang),不能形(xing)成“閃絡”放電(dian)的故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),由(you)(you)于(yu)無法(fa)用脈沖(chong)法(fa)閃測(ce)法(fa)進行故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)距離粗測(ce),采用電(dian)橋法(fa)測(ce)試就(jiu)有其優越(yue)性。

 

缺點:只能(neng)測中低壓電纜(lan)的泄漏性故障(zhang)(zhang),對于高壓電纜(lan)的大(da)部分高電阻故障(zhang)(zhang)、閃絡(luo)性故障(zhang)(zhang)、斷線故障(zhang)(zhang)、以及不知道電纜(lan)全(quan)長的故障(zhang)(zhang)無法直接進行測試。

 

五、傳統的電纜故障測試儀介(jie)紹。

 

目前(qian)大(da)量應(ying)用的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)儀,如DTC系列電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)儀,其配套一(yi)般有:閃測(ce)儀、定點儀、路徑儀、脈沖電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器、高(gao)(gao)壓組件(jian)等。其應(ying)用范圍為:測(ce)試(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)、低壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)、路燈電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)、地(di)埋電(dian)(dian)線(xian)的低阻故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)、高(gao)(gao)阻閃絡(luo)性故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)、高(gao)(gao)阻泄漏性故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)、斷線(xian)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)、接地(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)等等。

 

測(ce)(ce)試原理(li):用(yong)低(di)壓脈沖(chong)法(fa)測(ce)(ce)試電(dian)纜(lan)全長(chang)、傳輸(shu)速度(du)、斷(duan)線故(gu)障(zhang)、低(di)阻故(gu)障(zhang),測(ce)(ce)試距離可(ke)達13KM。用(yong)高壓脈沖(chong)法(fa)測(ce)(ce)試高阻故(gu)障(zhang)。用(yong)聲磁同步原理(li)進行故(gu)障(zhang)定點。用(yong)電(dian)磁波查找(zhao)電(dian)纜(lan)路徑。總之,傳統配置是成(cheng)(cheng)套配置、能完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)絕大(da)部分電(dian)纜(lan)故(gu)障(zhang)測(ce)(ce)試功(gong)能。

 

優點:由于是成套配套,功能(neng)(neng)齊(qi)全,用戶能(neng)(neng)用較(jiao)低的成本(ben),解決絕大部(bu)分電(dian)纜故障,適用范圍廣,另外儀(yi)器普及率高(gao)、使用、維修方便。

 

缺(que)點(dian):由(you)于(yu)集故(gu)障(zhang)粗測(ce)、故(gu)障(zhang)定點(dian)、電纜(lan)路徑探(tan)測(ce)功能(neng)于(yu)一(yi)套儀器(qi)之(zhi)內。故(gu)對于(yu)使用(yong)人(ren)員技術水平有(you)較高要(yao)求(qiu)。一(yi)般要(yao)求(qiu)使用(yong)人(ren)員接受廠家(jia)技術培(pei)訓后(hou)才(cai)能(neng)使用(yong)。另外,由(you)于(yu)其故(gu)障(zhang)粗測(ce)方(fang)法為閃(shan)測(ce)法。所以,對于(yu)個別爬電距(ju)離較長(chang)的接頭故(gu)障(zhang),由(you)于(yu)故(gu)障(zhang)點(dian)不能(neng)閃(shan)絡放電,所以故(gu)障(zhang)粗測(ce)時*點(dian)波形。

 

實際測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)中(zhong),對于(yu)故(gu)(gu)障點絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻低于(yu)100M,但(dan)高壓(ya)閃(shan)絡(luo)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)時(shi)(沖擊電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)大于(yu)20KV),操(cao)作箱(xiang)顯示(shi)的低壓(ya)測(ce)(ce)(ce)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流不超過,球間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)時(shi)聲音干脆,就說明故(gu)(gu)障點沒(mei)有形成閃(shan)絡(luo)放電(dian)(dian),閃(shan)測(ce)(ce)(ce)儀顯示(shi)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)全長波形。遇到這種情況(kuang),我(wo)們(men)就基本上可(ke)以斷定為(wei)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)中(zhong)間接(jie)(jie)頭有故(gu)(gu)障。可(ke)以直接(jie)(jie)對中(zhong)間頭處開挖,用電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)故(gu)(gu)障定點儀進(jin)行定點,以進(jin)一步確診(zhen)故(gu)(gu)障點。
